My stay at Unique Executive Central was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right next to the Obelisk and central to many attractions. The staff was very helpful, especially Carla, who went above and beyond to assist us. However, the hotel itself is in need of some serious updates and the breakfast left much to be desired.

Rooms

The room was basic but clean. though the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom could use an update.
Service

The staff was quite friendly and attentive, especially the customer service representatives. Carla really made an effort to help us.

Being located next to the Obelisk made getting around Buenos Aires so easy. it's hard to beat this spot.
Dining

The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing at all. I recommend exploring nearby cafes instead.
Facilities

While the hotel had basic amenities, it felt outdated and lacked some essential upgrades. like shower gel in the bathroom.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Unique Executive Central. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access local cafes and shopping. However, the service was a letdown, with some staff members being quite rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay, but definitely had its drawbacks.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious, but the furnishings felt outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. There were issues with the bathroom as well, like leaking plumbing and minimal toiletries, which made it less enjoyable.
Service
5.0
The staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. I dealt with some inconsiderate reception staff who made the check-in process frustrating and lengthy.
Location
8.0
The location was truly a highlight; it was strategic and close to major attractions like the Obelisco. Very handy for getting around the city.
Dining

Breakfast was okay with a few options, but it could’ve had more variety and fresh fruits. The Argentinian pastries were nice, but overall, there’s room for improvement.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some decent facilities, like housekeeping and a shuttle service, but the overall upkeep of the rooms needs serious attention.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at Unique Executive Central. The location was perfect for exploring the heart of Buenos Aires and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, I encountered a few issues with cleanliness and amenities, which were disappointing considering the otherwise nice stay.

Rooms
8.0
My room was large and spacious, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed and good lighting controls. However, I did find a stain on one of the pillows, and the mini-fridge was awkwardly placed, making it hard to access.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which certainly added to my experience. They offered tours and assistance, making me feel welcome.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location near the Obelisk was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions and I felt safe walking around the area at night. It's definitely a big plus for this hotel.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included, but I found the selection a bit lacking in variety if you're not a fan of sweet pastries. More savory options would have been appreciated.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel amenities, like daily cleaning and the provision of tours, were good, but some aspects like the state of the bathroom in my room could use improvement.

5.0/10

I had high hopes for Unique Executive Central in Buenos Aires, but my stay turned out to be quite disappointing. The hotel's central location was great for exploring the city, but issues with service and room quality left much to be desired. It seemed like they were struggling to manage their bookings effectively, which created a frustrating experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel given the problems I faced during my stay. 🙁

Rooms
5.0
The room I was eventually given was clean but had significant maintenance issues. It looked somewhat outdated and the plumbing in the bathroom was poorly designed. I also noticed a strong odor coming from recent renovations which made the experience less pleasant.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was lacking. I faced delays and communication problems, especially with the front desk, which hindered my experience. It felt like they were overbooked and unable to manage my check-in smoothly.
Location
5.0
The location of the hotel is conveniently situated near the main attractions and transportation, which was a major plus during my visit. It's easy to walk around and access the subway or take a quick trip to local cafes.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast options limited, mostly consisting of pastries and a few savory items. It didn't offer much variety, and I expected more considering the city’s rich culinary scene.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel was under noticeable renovations, which created a chaotic environment. There was debris in the hallways and the noise from construction made it hard to relax, especially in the mornings.

5.4/10

My stay at Unique Executive Central was truly a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, placing me right in the heart of Buenos Aires, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. From long waits for basic services to maintenance issues, I found myself disappointed more often than not.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was assigned was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom facilities were subpar. The shower's phone holder was poorly mounted, making it awkward to use. Additionally, I encountered issues with clean towels that were either delayed or soiled.
Service
5.0
The staff were somewhat efficient, but I did face long waits and a lack of communication at times, especially regarding room cleanliness. I felt that a better effort could have been made to accommodate guests' needs. My requests felt overlooked on multiple occasions.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel is its strongest point, just steps away from the Obelisk and various attractions. It was brilliantly positioned for exploring Buenos Aires, but the surrounding noise could be a disturbance late at night.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was not included in my stay, which was fine with me, as I prefer to skip expensive hotel breakfasts. However, the lack of in-house dining options left me searching for meals outside the hotel. It would be nice to have more food services available on-site.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel offers some services like housekeeping and tours, the overall facilities felt a bit outdated and poorly maintained. This affected my stay significantly. The place could use some renovation to match the expectations set by its online presence.
